The cottage has full central heating, and an open coal fire to relax in front of after a busy day exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland.
The cottage is spacious and well-equipped. It is comfortably furnished and able to sleep up to 5 with a ground floor bathroom.
You will find everything you need in the kitchen; gas hob & electric oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer & microwave oven.
Parking for 2 cars at the rear of the cottage.
The spacious and bright sitting room is equipped with digital Freeview TV, DVD, games and books.
Linen and towels are provided for your stay and a complimentary tray awaits you on your arrival.

Ideal for walkers & cyclists with secure storage for wet clothing and bikes.

Built in the early 19th century as farm cottages from sandstone, it is now a listed building and offers superb views from the cottage towards the Lammermuir hills.
