building and offers superb views from the cottage

towards the Lammermuir Hills.

•	The cottage has full gas central heating, and an open coal fire to relax in front of after a busy day exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland.
•	The cottage is spacious and well-equipped. It is comfortably furnished and able to sleep up to 5 with a ground floor bathroom.
•	You will find everything you need in the kitchen; gas hob & electric oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer & microwave oven.
•	Parking for 2 cars at the rear of the cottage. The cottage has a secure store and 2 cycles for use by guests. The store is ideal for storing bicycles or wet clothing from walking/diving.
•	The spacious and bright sitting room is equipped with a recordable digital TV, DVD and VCR, games and books.
•	Linen and towels are provided for your stay & a complimentary tray awaits you on your arrival.
